Rincon Inn and Suites is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Rincon, GA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of our facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for larger maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and address any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Basic electrical knowledge is required
